The Rothenberger pressing jaws in proven material and manufacturing quality are suitable for system-compliant pressing of fittings made of metal or plastic systems. The use of a special hardening process, DURA LAZR TEC technology, and partial laser hardening enables precise and reliable crimping with increased durability. The result is minimised wear and 100% more crimping cycles compared to the previous model. Furthermore, long-term corrosion protection supports the longevity of the pressing jaws. Thanks to the use of a heavy-duty special steel, the pressing jaws are suitable for all pressing machines with an axial thrust force of 32 - 34 kN. DURA LAZR TEC process - Partial laser hardening enables the highest degree of hardness in highly stressed areas. This results in minimised wear and high contour accuracy. In combination with the forged, highly resilient and flexible special steel, the new generation of pressing jaws achieves a 100% longer service life compared to its predecessor. The 3-bolt synchronised mechanism allows the pressing jaw to be opened with one finger. The precision-manufactured contour ensures optimum and secure crimping.
