Product Description:
The Power-Press is designed for producing press connections for all common press-fitting systems on steel pipes, stainless steel, copper, plastic and composite pipes. The press tongs/press rings are made of forged and tough, specially hardened special steel and are highly resilient. This enables a thrust and pressing force of several tonnes for flawless pressing in seconds. The automatic locking of the pressing tongs and the automatic return after completion of the pressing process (forced run-off) provide the user with additional safety. The radial press impresses with its powerful electro-hydraulic drive with high-torque 21.6V battery motor, 380W output, robust planetary gearbox, eccentric piston pump and compact high-performance hydraulic system. The REMS Li-Ion 22V Technology sets standards in terms of economy and user-friendliness. It allows the user super-fast pressing in 4.5s and 50% more energy than 14.4V batteries. The anti-vibration system enables low-vibration, fatigue-free pressing. Thanks to its compact and handy design, the Power-Press can be used anywhere, freehand, overhead, even in particularly tight spaces. The matching quick charger ensures short charging times for the 10.8-21.6 V devices. The heavy-duty pressing pliers of nominal size M (e.g. for stainless steel such as Geberit Mapress, SANHA, ...) are made of forged and specially hardened special steel. The pressing contours of the REMS pressing tongs are system-specific and correspond to the pressing contours of the respective pressfitting systems. This ensures perfect, system-compliant and safe pressing. They have a high-precision machined and precisely rounded pressing contour and therefore significantly lower manufacturing tolerances than cast pressing contours.
