The battery packs impress with highly efficient and gentle charging, optimum energy utilisation and an extremely long service life. Metabo Ultra-M technology stands for optimum coordination and perfect communication between the machine motor, battery packs and charger. A multifunctional monitoring system continuously records both the battery temperature and the amperage, and the electronic single cell monitoring (ESCP) also ensures a long battery life. The capacity indicator enables the charge level to be monitored at all times. The battery packs can be stored for a long time with virtually no self-discharge. An important advantage for users is the unlimited compatibility. Since 2009, battery packs of every generation have been compatible with all Metabo cordless machines of the corresponding volt class and every Metabo charger charges all battery packs of the corresponding size. With Metabo battery packs, you are always on the safe side. The charger is suitable for charging all Li-Ion and LiHD sliding seat battery packs (12V-36V) with an adapted battery charging current from Metabo. Thanks to the patented "AIR COOLED" charging technology, the battery packs in the charger are cooled with air - for shorter charging times and a longer service life. Intelligent processor-controlled charging management ensures gentle charging and a maximum number of charging cycles.
