The Makita UC030G cordless chainsaw in striking red is a particularly powerful saw for heavy-duty applications such as felling, cross-cutting and delimbing large pieces of wood. In combination with the BL4080H battery, it delivers a performance comparable to a 50 cm³ petrol chainsaw. With its high cutting performance, it effortlessly handles logs up to 400 mm in diameter. Three selectable chain speeds (ECO, Medium, High) with memory function enable optimum energy management, while the speed control via the throttle lever offers precise control when cutting. The model is IPX4M-certified, meaning it is splash-proof and ready for use even in the rain. An intuitive user interface with symbols, LEDs and tactile buttons makes handling easier, and the clearly visible felling line ensures precise work. The air filter cover, which can be removed and cleaned without tools, the safety switch and the automatic switch-off after 5 minutes increase safety and ease of maintenance. The ergonomic soft grip offers a high level of comfort, even during long periods of use. The saw also has an automatic, adjustable chain lubrication system with a large 260 ml oil tank and inspection window to check the oil level. Thanks to captive nuts, bar and chain changes are quick and easy. The integrated XPT technology (Extreme Protection Technology) reliably protects the device against dust and splash water. In addition, a mechanical and electric brake as well as the automatic switch-off switch ensure maximum safety and a longer battery life - ideal for professionals and demanding users.
