      This tool is a powerhouse, working smoothly and endurably, just like what you'd expect from Makita. However, the packaging could be better, as it was only lightly wrapped and the machine was almost thrown around. Fortunately, the machine itself wasn't damaged. After being refunded $40, I was able to buy a new one, which normally costs the same. This tool is top-notch, easy to use, and comes with a nice Makita lopper and tube of lubricant. The vibration dampening is excellent, making it comfortable to hold and use. Perfect for those who want a reliable tool.

      Product Description:

      The tool is designed for percussion drilling and drilling in brick, concrete and stone as well as for chiselling work. It is also suitable for normal drilling in wood, metal, ceramic and plastic. The cordless hammer drill is powered by two Makita 18 volt batteries to fulfil the most demanding tasks. The device has a brushless motor, which has a significantly positive effect on the service life and endurance of the device. A slip clutch protects the user if the hammer drill jams while working. Makita has also installed its Xtreme Protect Technology, which guarantees optimum protection against dust and splash water. This makes the drill extremely resistant and durable. The anti-vibration technology ensures a high level of comfort and counteracts signs of fatigue caused by vibrations.
