Application: for extracting ball bearings, roller bearings, inner rings and other flush-fitting parts - the sharp cutting edges enable flush-fitting parts to be extracted where 2- and 3-arm extractors cannot be used (Fig. 1) - the jaws are clamped by evenly pulling the nuts onto the side bolts Working method: pulling is performed by tightening the spindle against the shaft end (Fig. 2 and 3), hydraulic operation is also possible with the larger pullers Working method with hydraulics (Fig. 4): (hydraulics are not included in the scope of delivery) use the spanner (b) to screw the spindle of the hydraulics into the thread of the crossbar of the puller - until the pressure piece presses firmly against the shaft, then activate the hydraulics by turning the upper spindle (a) - Attention: Figures 2 and 3 show the separator in combination with the puller Art.No. 4157 490 000, 4157 490 001, 4157 490 002, 4157 490 003 (not included in the scope of delivery) Figure 4 shows the separator in combination with the puller Art. no. 4157 490 000, 4157 490 001, 4157 490 002, 4157 490 003 and a hydraulic spindle (puller and hydraulic spindle are not included in the scope of delivery) Please request the hydraulic spindle separately.
