The chipboard wood screws from Fischer are perfectly for fixing metal parts to wood components, such as coated wood, hardwood and softwood. These partially threaded screws are suitable for fitting thin components and softwood materials. Their countersunk head are particularly adapted to metal-wood assemblies and cannot be folded. These Power-Fast II screws are suitable for use with fischer plugs and recommended loads (e.g. DUOPOWER and UX). The three ribs on the tip ensure rapid fixing and pre-drilling. They also offer a much reduced splitting behavior in comparison with standard screws. Equipped with high performance wax coating, Power-Fast II with reduces screw-in torque and allows smooth installation. Thanks to its thread geometry with totaly threaded screw with double cone and milling pockets reduces tearing on wooden surfaces and damage to metal parts, ensuring better appearance and more comfortable use of surfaces. Its screw thread considerably reduces screwing time and facilitates ultra-fast assembly. Its shank-miller and the core-miller geometry cutter considerably reduce the installation torque. This makes it possible to screw in more screws with greater autonomy and less effort. In addition, the new cutter geometry guarantees precise, splinter-free milling, with no risk of splitting the wood, even even at small edge distances and with metal fittings. The blue passivated zinc plating does not contain chrome VI and is therefore environmentally friendly. With its unique geometry, the Power-Fast II screw combines cutting-edge technical expertise with high-quality design. These screws are ideal for quick and flexible assembly work.
