The cordless hammer drill driver from DeWalt is impressive for its lightness and compact design. It is equipped with a strong, all-metal gearbox for better transmission of high torques. It also features a 14-step torque setting and a hammer drill function. Its robust 13 mm quick-release chuck features a built-in automatic spindle locking system for easy handling. Of course, the DCD 785 is easy to handle owing to its right/left rotation system and its suitability with all 18 V XR rechargeable batteries. Its perfect ergonomic, the rubber grip improving user comfort and the compact conception make it easy to work even in the tightest spaces. The belt hook also ensures increased comfort; if you don't want to use the tool for a short time, you don't have to put it away. the powerful 5.0 Ah Li-Ion battery supplied in the set is compatible with all DEWALT 18.0 volt XR machines. It fits a very low weight and a LED battery charge indicator. The innovative Li-Ion technology ensures a very long service life and optimised charging phases; meaning that, the battery has no memory effect and no self-discharge. The charger also included in the delivery is suitable for all Dewalt XR slide batteries from 10.8-18 V. The 2-stage charging process extends battery life and storage capacity. What's more, the TSTAK case of DeWalt with 02 handles included in the delivery offers a range of storage and transport options. It also saves space, and tools are always stored neatly and safely. With the 3 mm thick walls and the bi-metal comfort handle, the case is robust and yet easy to transport. In summary, the set is a well thought-out and harmonised complement for all tradesmen.
