Eligible participants Eligible are natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the contest and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the contest. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are valid reasons.
Prize, notification and transmission of the prize
Only the product explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video will be raffled as a prize. Other products, tools, accessories, or other items from the video are explicitly not part of the raffle.
The winners will be determined immediately after the participation deadline as part of a raffle based on the principle of chance among all participants (e.g., https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the corresponding blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Following this, a message must be sent toservice@toolbrothers.deto claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their place of residence located in Germany. The operator will cover the costs incurred for shipping the prize. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.
